Well said. Really, don't feel bad when you say no to those trying to force feed you (don't understand why friends do that, but they just do) or you will end up eating too much calories.

1) to stay within my 1200 calories limit (I'm only 5' 1/2 there's no reason to eat that much :blushing: ) 2) have a healthier diet, cut out fast food (not completely but 90% of it, hopefully) 3) exercise more 'cus usually I hate to exercise but I am beginning to like it 4) lose 40-ish lbs to reach my goal weight! :bigsmile:

Same problem here, I usually study from midnight to about 4 or 5am and I always need something to munch. Usually I grab a diet coke or a cup of coffee with non fat milk. Not very healthy but at least I'm not reaching for a bag of potato chips. :blushing:

Me too. My weight has gone up and down over the years... more ups than downs unfortunately... and i'm only 5'1" so a little bit of extra weight makes me look like a teapot. :grumble: Heaviest - 146.83 Start weight - 143.3 Current weight - 142.4 Current goal weight - 100++

The people here are great, many are supportive. Losing weight is one thing where there always seem to be a lack of support from friends or family in our daily life. I see no problem with indulging in one or two "cheat meals" to reward ourselves for all the exercise and healthy meals we eat daily. :smile:

Absolutely. I tend to go over my goals especially during the weekends... and not by a little, by about 1000 to 2000. Many times I feel all the hard work and unsatisfying low calories weekdays diet is just to shed the pounds i gain over weekends. :grumble:

Thanks for the tips. I never knew that <5 calories can be listed as 0 calories on the products. I had been logging my splenda and diet coke as 1 calorie, looks like i should add 3 more calories to it just to be on the safe side... :sad:
