Do you do M, W, F, or every other day? It says 3 times a week, but what seems to be the most natural? I started on a Friday, so not sure if I'll do Sunday or wait until Monday.

I was planning to start Monday, but I am REALLY REALLY couch. Can you really start fom scratch as a really sedentary person, or should I be doing what LarryPGH is doing and start by walking for a few weeks?

OP, I am pretty sure we are in the same school district because I recognize the menu and the newsletter. My daughter is also in third grade.
