Thanks everyone...I read the thread from Saturday...can't beleive I missed it :) ....really helps...and yes usually about 3-4 hours after I get a little hungry and it ends up being between meals...like right now! so I am having a cup of grapes so I can eat with the family in a few hours....again thanks so much for all the…

I take a cup of grapes, or an apple, or a cup of strawberries. I buy my fruits and have them prepared for quick grab (measured) into the snack baggies. I do the same with my veggies. Good luck

it appears from your diary that you are eating alot of empty calories...try more fruit veggies and protiens....let your carbs come from them, instead of pretzels etc....just a suggestion

during the week, i make my food for work the next day and pre log it...then I can pre-plan my supper for the next day...on the weekends I log as I go....
