My experience is that it depends on what I'm doing. If it's cardio, I don't usually eat anything and I still feel great. But when I do weights, I don't really feel like I'm doing my max if I don't eat something first and then work out an hour later. So you have to test your body out to see what works for you.

LOL, lesson learned. That's happened to me before and I had to do extra cardio. That why I do cheat meals every 2 weeks. I eat one thing that I want, regardless of how many calories, and I do extra cardio to make up for it.

If I was a beginner, I would start with Cardio X. It's the shortest and incorporates some exercises from the other CDs. My favorite is Kenpo. I love doing it and look forward to it. I love that you use your entire body in almost every movement.

It annoying, but it's what doctors do. When I was in high school, I switched over to the same doctor that my mom was going to. I was 155 lbs in high school, which is overweight, and he kept telling me I needed to lose weight or I would be obese like my mother. And this happened EVERY TIME I went to him.

You guys are AWESOME!! I did Plyo last night and I felt no pain this morning!!! Now I'm gearing up to do Shoulders & Arms this evening. I love the way my body is transitioning into a well oiled machine. It's one thing to lose weight, but it's a amazing feeling to lose weight and tone your body as you go.

I use the seeds in my oatmeal every morning. I don't eat meat, so I don't use fish oil and this is a better alternative for me. I also put them on salads that I eat in the evening. I am all for a cheat meal/snack. Every two weeks I allow myself to have something that I normally don't eat. Did Plyo yesterday, had my recovery drink, and my legs are still sore. When I say sore, I feel it every time I move. Is this normal (I did the Lean program before, so I never had to do Plyo) or did I over do it?
