Didn't log or exercise for a few weeks gained 2lbs thought would be more .....but back on track now !

I am finishing 30 ds now and I have ripped in 30 just have never done it....how is it?

I love insanity and the first time I did I lost 17lbs

I am in could use extra support during holidays !

When I get stuck I have to change up my exercises or take a day or two and up my intake and that has helped me.

It keeps you busy that's for sure but wouldn't trade it for anything. I have a 4 and half year old and 22 month old both boys They are very active but love watching them when they play you can really see how they live each other even after they fight ... Lol The best thing I gave my oldest was a bother !

I also have a fb site it's a closed group so no one can see what you post but we do monthly challenges and give advice and support if anyone wants to join inbox me

I have a 4 and a 1 too....so I have to get up before my boys to get my workouts in...its hard I know !

In the last 4 months I have gotten it twice...its like I get it every other month...spoke to my gyno on Monday she said it can happen like that on pill......never has before now.

You should go to a Dr to see what it is the underlying problem. With knees it could be many things. I play sports my whole life and in HS I tore my acl there are exercises and things that can be done to help you. I was able to go back to sport in hs and college. Sometimes I have to wear something on my knee for support but…

Yes I push through it.....if I don't I am afraid I may start slacking and not get back on my schedule again.

I am in same boat right now I hate it. I get on the scale and I have to remind myself it will go away so I don't get discouraged.....stay strong!!!

You can get alot of jillian michaels on you tube and they help. I love insanity but you would have to buy that. I understand about the kids I have a 4 year old and a 18 month old and it can be difficult to find time.
