I am going to try I need to lose 4 lbs to get to next weight level. And I need not to focus on scale.

I was like that for a little while. Went away to my in laws for a few days where I can never diet well. And must have jumped started me again. Because I came home started watching what I ate again and next weighin I lost 1.2lbs. I will try this next time I Plateau again to see if it helps!

Just started Jillian Michaels killer abs to add to my routine and diet. Its about 30 minutes and has 3 levels and I got it at walmart for $9.99. So far I like it!

I tried insanity barefoot and screwed up my foot....I think it depends what workouts but you never see the people in video barefoot.

I went to my inlaws with hubby and kids this weekend and can never stay on diet well there.. I try to drink alot of water to flush out what I can and eat extra healthy right after...at least try my hardest to.

I have a 3 and half year old and a one year old boy. I either have to workout in morning or when my 1 year old takes a nap. It took me a while to get on a routine and of course some days the boys throw it off but I try to stay on track!

I Did it right after my last son to start back up. And now I use it when I need an extra workout or dont have to much time that day....they are good quick workouts.

I know I do scale and measurments dont always see it on the scale. I gained 3 lbs during holidays was so off my diet but I lost that the first week. So I am happy to be back on track at least.

Yeah make sure your ready. My Doctor gave ok at 6 weeks but I slowly got back into and didnt do sit ups right away. But its up to you how you feel.
