HOLY CRAP. I'm having huge problems with this .___. I started working out this week, since I started MFP (and lost about 2 pounds, whoo!) But It makes me bloat like crazy AND made me start my period two weeks early. I'm also pretty sure it's the reason I'm naseous and was throwing up a couple night ago (I know, yuck)

I want to be able to wear womens jeans under size 10. No double digits. I'm 5'7" and the the ideal weight for me would be 130-135 but right now I'm just shooting for 140 (: I'm 170 right now.

It should eventually help tone you all over, but like anything, it's not going to work on its on. You'll still need to do strength training. It's a GREAT workout though. You can burn 500 calories in just 45 minutes.

Awh, thank you for your support! It means a lot (: My mom has a gym membership and we try to go, but she's 49 and works A LOT and has some health issues related to her weight that make her feel like crap :(
