Me..... I know carbs are hard to resist but it's easier for me to lose weight and just eat tons of protein. I eat eggs every morning 2 boiled these keep me full until lunch time. Add me and we can do this together. On another note I'm having surgery on Thursday for mine

Thank tou everyone for all replies. Gonna work on this and guess what it's Easter here next week. Chocolate yummy foods and 3 day bender. If I can get through that I can get through anything xx

This is me all over I have been doing this on and off for a year now but the past week I have being binging and throwing up 6+ times a day. I really do not want to put on more weight and get worried every time something passes my lips.

I can see it clearly in your tummy. I had the same problem so instead of taking weekly pictures and measurements I took monthly ones and was always smiling at my results. KEEP IT UP xx
