Why can't I lose weight
Hi, So for the past 2 weeks all I eat is fruit salad chicken and vegtables water and coffee. I have been doing 1 hour cardio sessions 5 times a week and started weights last week and I'm not loosing weight not gaining either. Am I expecting to much to soon?
