Hi,
So for the past 2 weeks all I eat is fruit salad chicken and vegtables water and coffee. I have been doing 1 hour cardio sessions 5 times a week and started weights last week and I'm not loosing weight not gaining either. Am I expecting to much to soon? Any advice much appreciated I wanted to lose 2 stone by May 30th. Am I being to strict?

That depends on how MUCH you eat. Do you weigh everything and log them?

Edit: To add, 2 stone by the end of the May is aggressive. I'd suggest you lower it down to 1lb a week.

Well.. that's the prob. You might be underestimating your food consumption. As a result, you log them inaccurately.

You don't have to weigh everything forever, but it is helpful to figure out what a serving size is. A package of chicken breasts, for example, might give a serving size with calories per serving on the package, but each chicken breast may be two or three servings. Once you know what a serving size looks like, close enough is good enough.
