Good morning, I'm trying to fit the Wii in 5 days a week. I love the step, but wish it were longer intervals. I'm at the bronze level, does anyone know how you get to 10 min intervals?

I like my butternut squash with a little lite maple syrup. If you buy it whole, then slice in half lengthwise, pour a little lite maple syrup on each half, bake until it's soft and you can spoon right out of the skin when done. No need to add anything else. This is probably my favorite veggie.

I'm just starting out. I've always wanted to run, but have had a hard time with the breathing. I'd like to start the couch to 5k program, but am not sure where to find it. Any suggestions?

I usually count the veggies in the salad together and then any add-ons, such as the salad dressing, nuts, protein separately.
