I do run/walk first thing, but I usually skip breakfast, which i wont be doing anymore. And i usually walk/run for about 30 mins, 2 laps around my neighborhood which is like 1 1/2 miles a think. i am gonna try to add one more lap tomorrow, plus try some exercises listed on here.

I dont really know where to start with the diet part, should I count calories?

Well, I am not sure where to start with the diet part, I have pretty much clueless. I used to be able to eat anything i wanted and never gain weight, so i dont know what im doing.
