I was out on a low fodmap diet for 2 weeks to test until my next appt. Any pointers??

@spikycactus agreed, they are in everything. I tried to limit carbs to just fruits and veggies.. I haven't been able to really pinpoint a food that does it. I know that after a carb/gluten meal I usually get bloated (so I avoid), but the large flareups are what is really getting to me.

@godlikepoetyes I haven't really done anything yet. A few years ago they did the celiac test, and normal blood work. I actually have an appt today to get the ball rolling.

Osmotic laxatives are fine to take daily, stuff like Miralax and magnesium citrate. --- YES! I do Miralax daily, just started back with Citrulcel, per dr's recommendation. I feel like I am going backwards somedays.. Today is gassy and almost nauseous, but I guess it could be worse.

@MynameisChester Thanks!! @MorganMoreaux Thanks! I have tried to limit laxatives just because I know they can cause issues in the long run. I'll probably try a non-solid diet if it happens again.

@MostlyWater- I thought about that too.. Just seems to be triggered by food rather than overly stressful times. @Bonny132 Thanks! Tracking definitely helps. I'll get the replacement shake in mind next time. That would probably help a lot.

Thanks, I didn't do senna-- I did other laxatives, plus miralax. I'll get some senna to be prepared.

What would you reccomend for calories variation? Like 1200 calories for a few days, then 1500 for a few? Thanks!!

I'm right there with you! I'd like to hit 126 by early Spring... The last few pounds seem to be the hardest by far!
