I used babyfit.com while pregnant to make sure I was eating healthy and getting all the correct amount of nutrients and calories.

My tummy looks fairly similar. I personally think it is both. I am overweight so there is definitely fat storage in there but the wrinkles in my tummy tell me that the skin is hanging loose.

I used babyfit.com when I was pregnant. Their calorie calculations are based on the fact that you are growing a new life. Plus, you can track your calcium and all other good things that pregnant women need to make sure they have! Congrats!

I felt exactly the same. I took a before picture and I took a 20lb loss picture and then another at 30lbs down (and will continue this until I reach goal). Seriously......I never even realized the change was that dramatic. When you look in the mirror, you sometimes can't see beyond who you were. Pictures don't lie!

No, no, I eat during the day. Very healthy and pretty much 100% unprocessed foods. But it is more like I have this unsatiable appetite in the evening

When do you normally weigh in ? Keep it consistant. If you normally weigh in first thing in the morning, then do it that same time every week. If you normally weigh in after a run, then use that weight.
