I TRY my best to work out during that time but my cramps get real bad like yours. If I can't do it for 3 days then I rest for 3 days. I tend to go overboard and overwork myself so those 3 days is actually beneficial to my body!

I've been doing the 10 min one for about 3 weeks now and I love it. I've just started her other workouts. Idk how you would record them though. =/

I feel your pain. I exercise every day, sometimes 2x a day and the pain is so bad. :(

Will it show if I retain water? Like will I look like I'm not even losing weight if that continues to happen?

Thank you. Well, I've been exercising like this for about a month now so I thought maybe it was possible. But you have a point about our weights fluctuating throughout the day. I'm going to stick to weighing myself once a week at the same time each time because I know it will only discourage me and bring me down if I do it…

Oh, you said you hate exercising but wanna tone. Go to you tube and type in what body part you wanna focus on. I do the work outs for the butt and stomach.
