Height: 5’7” HW: 162.6 (2/28/18) CW: 159.4 July goal: 157 Ultimate goal: 135 July 1: 161.8 July 12: 159.4 I am on my 4th week of Crossfit. Suddenly weight isn't seeming as important. LOL. I am losing a little bit of weight, but mainly inches and I'm toning up. Muscles weighs more than fat...Gotta keep that mindset!

Nice. I hadn't even thought about coconut water!

About 5 or 6 years ago, I did it and lost 60+ lbs. I am trying it again as I have gained back all but 10 lbs of what I lost. It's harder this time around but definitely possible. And also, the more you work out the more you get to eat so it can work.

Anyone still around this group? I'm going to update mine since I've changed a lot since the post started! LOL. Sarah here. I own a 2006 Suzuki GSXR1300 aka a Hayabusa! LOVE my bike! Haven't got to ride in 3 or 4 months as it's WAY WAY cold here in Oklahoma! I can't wait for a warm day though!

Legs are a little sore but not much really. And yes, that's my next goal: to do a legit 5k race. I made it in 29 and 1/2 minutes. I was pretty proud of myself! LOL

Thanks everyone. I ran my first 5k last night and have decided to go with the specialty shoe store fitting as soon as I can make the trip to the nearest big city. Thanks for all the opinions and information!!

Yeah I googled specialty shoe stores in OKC and Tulsa and saw that one. I may have to give it a go soon!
-
Thanks everyone. The nearest specialty shoe store is about an hour drive for me so I guess I need to plan a trip. The shoes I have been wearing are just some Nike running shoes that are a couple years old and have never really been ran in much, but they are giving me blisters on the outside of my big toe. It's not…

Hi. I'm 5'6. I started out at 172 in 2009. I ended up getting down to 118, which was WAY too skinny! My metabolism was in high gear. I am since up to 130 and am trying to get back to about 122-125 which I think was a good weight for me. So hope that helps. I'm 130 now and now that I look bad, I just got my belly bulge back…
