Argh you can do it! Will power! I've recently fallen off too, after finding out that I am well on my way to my goal weight there have been a few too many celebration/treat meals. We have to have a super lame mantra though, we can do it! Good luck climbing back on that wagon, hopefully its not going too fast to catch up....

I managed to get up to day one of level 3 but then started a new job and got lazy... until then I was shedding about half an inch from my waist and hips a week and about a pound in weight, I started at 158.
