I would say if you have to buy bottled water to buy it in the by the gallon or larger. and recycle!

most gyms offer a free hour with a trainer when you sign up. See if your gym offers that! They will take you though and show you how to use everything and where to start!

I also just picked up two 64oz water bottles. I fill them up using my water filter and put them in the fridge. That way I aways have some cold water at had. I have been drinking almost 3 of them a day. Its a easy way of keeping track and the handy handy makes it easy to carry to and from work.

So Week 2 Day 2 I did 34 push ups.

Also another thing I want to add if you live for pizza. Have it once a month. Blow ONE DAY. it will be ok! I do at the end of every month just to say awww. It helps remind me why I stopped eating it all of the time (pizza bloat) and gets rid of the pesky cravings!

Just because they "could use a few pounds" doesn't mean they should be eating fast food ie processed food. Now we all eat it once in a while. Sometimes. Try cooking together healthy meals made from fresh foods!

Working nights is horrible. I am working 3 to 11 and 5 to 11 and it throws me off. Today I stayed in bed till noon just so I could keep my eating on a "normal" routine.

I beleive and what works for me is that your body will tell you when it needs. Maybe you are not getting enough sleep or eating the type of foods you need or yes you could just be over doing it. Plenty of people work out 5 days a week. Look into all of the factor of your life and find out whats right for you!

Great job everyone! I tried to do a standard push up and about ate it! So I am doing them on my knees. I did Level 1 Week one. I did 20! Then I put on my EA Active 2 and had to do 30 more! There is 200 squats also. I just do that one when I have down time at work or when I am cooking.
