When you work out you need to have extra protein, some studies say before others say after, your work out. This will help with rebuilding you muscules you broke down during your work out. Try a protein shake with fresh fruit.

Eat some protein. Have a smoothie after your work out. .If you are not taking in enough calories you will feel weak and light headed. Your body is telling you that you need to refuel. Also When you work out you are breaking down your muscles, you need protein to rebuild.

If my hair is feeling pretty un fesh after a work out I will rinse it on non wash days. I have also started using apple cider vinegar to help remove any extra build up on the days that I do wash. I only use shampoo on my roots and conditions on the ends. It has been helping a lot!

they have an app like that. I used it when I first tried to quit the last time. But really its a choice and once you really want to quit it makes it easier. But you have to WANT to. Scrubs can also spread the bacteria from the break out to other areas of the skin causing more break outs. Make sure you are using an oil free moisturizer with an spf as well. Skin is always changing. Make sure you wash any make up off before working out as well.

Tell me about it the last few weeks I have been pretty careless about some of the things I have been eating! High Sodium! Way higher then I care to admit to my self. I have not lost in almost a month but have packed on 2 pounds. Its all about the quality not just the calorie. And quality includes LOW sodium!
