It's ironic that you post this, I just had a mole removed this morning! It was on my scalp though, when I was little I had a mole removed on my knee, and it left a raised circular bump about a quarter inch wide. The scar will probably be a little bigger than the mole itself.

Thanks everyone! I'll definitely try the rowing machine at my gym, and biking, plus I have a cycling class and yoga class weekly, so I should be good! I'm kinda bummed that I have to stop running or a while though:(

I don't know if they are full blown shin splints, just some strain in my shins when I run long distances. It goes away the next day (I run every other day) but always come back about half way into my run. I'll try stretching more thoroughly.

I totally joining! In the past I've ruined my weight loss with weekly binges and I refuse to do that anymore! No binge August here we go! What percentage do you recommend for carbs, protein, and fat?

I usually burn about 300 cals daily through exercise, if that information helps.

So should I just stop over complicating this and just eat what calories MFP says I have left, whether they are extra from exercising or not?
