You do it everyday. It is 25 minutes and you do level 1 for 10 days, then level 2 for 10 day, and level 3 for the last 10 days. Good luck!!

I am pretty sure I OVER did it! Yesterday I did 30ds, pilates, then cycling.. Today I could barely move but got in some running then 30ds. Hopefully I get out of bed tomorrow! lol

If you have a strong self will, cut up and freeze some of it and take some to work. That way you have a stash for when you really dedserve something! I believe it's ok in moderation :) But remember (for me anyways) it is a slippery slope so keep up that strong will! Happy belated birthday!

I am new as well and accountability is one of the most important things you need. That is part of my problem and when I have a bad day, I don't want to log it! You can do it :)
