I think your problem is the protein that you eat - you need to reduce the bacon and ham and look at seafood, lean pork / beeg and chicken. Meat that comes in a package (i.e. bacon or smoke chicken) is loaded with sodium. Hope that helps!

1 - No calories in drinks, except coffee and occasionally some wine <3 2 - Always exercise on a Monday. 3 - Never skip exercise for more then two days. 4 - Friday is a NO exercise day. It's treat time. 5 - Prepare all meals on a Sunday. there are some more that I cannot think of but have stuck on my pinboard!

Hey! I generally have uncle tobys high fibre with soy and flax seeds oats cooked with skim milk. I generally top it with a banana and cinamon or raspberries! Quick and easy.. but yet so delicious! :)

Hi! Do you use an app to run? I was using Ease into 5k but as of today - I will be using Couch to 10K. I find that by using an app I was able to increase my endurance by a steady pace without feeling so overwhelmed by trying to run long distances too soon. Hope it helps! :flowerforyou:

I am on day 10 today... so I won't be joining your challenge but just wanted to give you some MOTIVATION. Day 1-3, I almost died, could finish any of the sets without a break.. but if you can push through, it gets easier [without being too easy.. if that makes sense] each day! You will love it! ;-)) GOOD LUCK and HAVE FUN!

I have a Polar FT7 & love it! Very simple to use and super comfortable! I got mine for about $100 (incl postage) from the states as its a lot more expensive here in Aus. ;-)
