I have done some research about it today and like anything there are good and bad experiences! I am 90% convinced that the 12wbt is the right thing! Maybe you should create a group and we can all share thoughts and get motivation! :-)

I have in the past and have received negative comments back from the MFP and their MFPs. Since then I haven't commented on a a bad food day negatively. I cannot stand when people say well done for staying under but that person has actually eaten very unhealthy food. I just choose to not comment on it all.

People sometimes overthink exercise. Exercise is anything and everything that you like to do - how about roller blading? tennis? walk at the beach? Maybe you need something to challenge you. Sign up for a 5k fun run, a badminton tournament.. something that you need to stick to! :)

We live in 2012 - in a world where we as woman dig and seek for equal treatment at any opportunity we get, however some of us seem to make special rules when it suits you - i.e. a man should always pay! What? Why? You should stop being so CHEAP and offer to pay as well. We all work hard, we all have to support ourselves!

Wow. I think my 9 year old cousin weighs 30kg. 30kg is about 66 pounds!

Don't freak out! It is pretty common. I have gained 6 pounds this week (TOM time!). I always do and it always goes away a couple of days after my TOM finishes.

You can put in whatever you crave. I generally have - Dates, Banana and Cinamon - Raspberry / Blue Berries / strawberries with a dash of real maple syrup - Coffee / Cocoa = Mocha - Nut mix with a dash of honey :wink:

Uhm. Are people around you blind? Your progress is very noticeable! You have done a great job and should receive praise. Show your boyfriend and close friends pictures of before and after as sometimes people who see you everyday do not realize how far you have come as they see you all the time.
