Really? I always thought that people gain the most weight in the winter when they are less active and are eating more comfort foods. For me, I always do better in the summer. I eat very little fruit. I will eat 1 fruit a day...anything more than that makes me gain....:cry:

helloitsdan...i will check it out..Thanks! outofthougts...try eating more healthy but higher calorie foods such as nuts, advocado, bananas etc....GL mrsripdizzle1...good to know about the low protein default...now I won't stress over it...lol...

Yournotmine....I have been eating a lot of salads with lunch and dinner...I also have a lot of protein....i'm finding that I am always going over my protein intake trying not to eat too many carbs..lol...and the protein is filling for me....

You may have to shock your body....are you doing the same type of exercise day in and day out? Are you eating the same things everyday in the same way? Try eating what you would eat at dinner for breakfast...etc. Mix it up basically... Also, try doing different type of exercise...rollerskating, boxing, tennis etc...GL

helloitsdan....It's actually 1220...of course when I exercise I gain the extra calories but MFP advises me to at least get in 1220.

Thanks! Pre-logging is a good idea. Today was a particulary hectic day so it was light eating through out the day and yes...i was trying to fit in the rest of my calories this evening. So....I will remember to take time to eat a suitable breakfast and lunch and snacks for now on...lol

Also, check with your doctor to see if you have an underactive Thyroid (Hypothyrodism). Having an underactive thyroid can sometimes lead to weight gain.

Hi MooshmanX I was weighing myself everyday and was getting frustrated at seeing different amounts each day. I was especially frustrated after having a good work out and a good day of eating to see the digits on the scale up a pound the next morning. Myfitnesspal recommends weigh ins 1x/wk because they said weight…
