I've only been doing it for 5 weeks and I've lost 8lbs, doesnt sound like much but every little bit helps!! My first week of watching what I ate and doing the 30 day shred 5 days a week I lost 2.5lbs. I've cut back to 3 days a week, this week and jogging a mile almost every day. So we'll see what happens then! Good luck…
