One of my favs is what I call a waffle sundae: 2 Kashi seven grain waffles (or when Im ambitious Ill make some whole grain protein waffles) fat-free Ricotta Kiwi walnuts I got the idea from fitness magazine I think but its super yummy and something I look forward to getting out of bed to eat :)

I agree with whoever said Physical therapist. I used to have awful back pain when i was in Highschool and then i started seeing a physical therapist three times a week. after about a month or two the back pain completely went away. As for exercises we primarily used a yoga ball and resistance bands. It was an amazing…
