I love this thread. I try to eat generally healthy, mostly because I feel guilty and I feel like I won't make any progress if I don't. Hey, feel free to add me. I've been known in the past to struggle with binge-eating, and I also used to hate working out around other people. But I slowly eased my way into exercising and trying to eat healthy and I'm slowly getting there. Also, I dislike sports a lot :p
