for makeup tips and styling head on over to youtube :) There are alot of great ladies on there who do this all day.. plus go and buy yourself some makeup babe and practice practice :) you'll get there in the end... just play around and try on clothes and outfits and see what works for you

I work 3 jobs... 1 is full time, 1 is permenant part time working nights and the other is part time at the gym... I also have 2 kids and fit in my gym 5 days a week... If I can do all that I'm sure you can manage to eat clean and do what is needed to be done... but with your I can't attitude your already setting yourself…

Pepsi max or diet coke.. calories are only like 1 or 2 and theres no sugar and you still get that sweet taste and fizzy your after.. and you free up 138 calories and about 30 odd grams of sugar off your diet.. just remember sugar is your enemy

steer clear of veges like carrots, corn and potatoes... they are high in carbs, startch and sugar... Sweet potatoe is a good alternative and stick to brocoli, cauliflower, beans ... greens are your new best friend:)
