what do you mean "no". a grapefruit calorie is the same as an avocado calorie. that is like saying a ound of feathers weigh less than a pound of lead.

Isnt a calorie a calorie? If you are gonna eat more than your dail allotment, i think it is better that they are nutritious!

every person is different, but basically you go into starvation mode once you take in so little nutrients that your body is forced to noursih itself by breaking down your own muscle. TERRIBLE idea.:sick:
