Just keep at it. I have issues with follow thru and motivation too. I had a friend say to me recently, when I was complaining about my weight, again, that nothing tastes as good as skinny feels and that's been stopping me from over indulging.....as for the exercise thing....still having to force myself but I never regret…

Try to cut out as much processed food as possible.....make fresh, simple food. I try to avoid, as much as I can, all the added crap in packaged food. That said, I'm not worried about it particularly when my sodium is too high on here....it's like oh well.... I don't add salt to anything I cook anymore, and have been trying…

Do it do it do it! I got the top of my foot tattooed three years ago....now of course I'm like half covered, so just be prepared its an addiction. The top of the foot has held up very well, but I wouldn't recommend soles of the foot or toes or anything like that. Everyone I know who's had them done there has been very meh…
