I wear make up to the gym...more as a courtesy to others. I feel better about my self with a little mascara and eyeliner on. I don't judge people who look like they just rolled out of bed and into the gym! To each his own!

Do they have any trainers or coaches who could give you a fitness orientation? I highly recommend that...so you can learn proper form and technique. Good job on your treadmill work out!! =)

WOW...That is really funny!!! =) The pic about leg day.. I try to work my legs 2-3 times a week...lots of squats, lunges, and dead lifts at moderate weights.

Hi Chloe, I like doing circuit type work outs. I alternate between lower body and upper body. I pick out four to five exercises, and try to complete fifteen reps.
