I think it helps that a lot of restaurants are adding the calorie info to their menus too!

Welcome! I just joined yesterday. I think that this website is great too. I work at a holistic center in Los Angeles, CA and what really helps me get through the cravings is acai chocolate. It tastes great and it's better for you.

drink a big glass of water BIG this will help. I hid the Peanut butter from my BF when he was on his weight lost journey. LOL he would go to the store grind the peanuts there and bring that home uggg!! If you can't stop exercise the calories off.

I have a shake... 2 scoops herbalife cookies and cream powder 8oz Rice Dream either 1/2 banana or a few frozen strawberries blend together for on the go breakfast!!

I'm lactose so that's what I use almond breeze with peppermint tea...yum!

Today is day 2 for me too. I just have to say, who would have thought that a banana is 105 calories!! Anyway, good luck today!
