I would suggest doing C25k every other day and around 3x per week so that your body has time to rest. But it all comes down to how you feel before, during and after your workouts!

Person from HS who I had lost touch with after graduating was murdered by her bf in front of their 4 month old son... I wake up everyday at 5:50am to either wog or circuit train. Gives me a little wiggle room if I snooze my alarm a couple times. It was difficult in the beginning, but it has become pretty routine with time.

Do you have mfp set to lose 2lbs per week? That's definitely too aggressive of a goal for the amount you are trying to lose. I would recommend setting it to either .5 or 1 lb a week. The losses will be slower but more sustainable in the long run.

I have a FT4. Works well for me and I have yet to have a problem with the chest strap not connecting.
