Make sure you are logging accurately and measuring/weighing all of your foods. And don't be ashamed, it comes down to moderation. I'm sure people would wonder how I've even lost any weight considering the way my food diary looks ( had pizza, haagen dazs, and macaroons yesterday, but it fit within my calorie goal and macros)

I was a broke college student, and I am now a broke young professional preparing to become a broke graduate student this fall. What has worked for me is stocking up on cheap goods such as: Pasta rice eggs canned beans and corn (great for crock pot chili) pasta sauce/chicen broth buying bread on sale and freezing it if I…

One sided story, but interesting to see people justifying/downplaying physical and domestic violence cus cheating. OP, cut your losses, make sure you and your child are safe, and move on.

Please do not try and twist my statement into something that it is not. There are people that have learning/cognitive disabilities that make it harder for them to process or understand arbitrary grammar rules. And since this is the internet, there is no way to know if it is a poor education or a disability that is…

Are you weighing/measuring all of the foods/liquids that you consume?

jwhited71's post is a good guide. I started out with around 35lbs to lose and chose the 1.5lb option, but felt as if it was too aggressive for the amount I was trying to lose (my eating was also really wonky and I was losing too much too soon). Moved over to 1lb and I'm currently set to .5lb. As others have said, there are…

I tried running in the rain and felt disgusting during/afterwards (and the lightening was a huge no-no). I usually turn on a Jillian Michaels workout if it's storming outside.

I can relate to the sentiment of not having a "skinny girl" to go back to (was in the high 150s in the 5th grade and continued to climb from there). Friend request sent!

I get up every day at 5:40am to circuit train/run. I usually have a few sips of water and then I get on with my workout, shower and head out. Usually don't eat breakfast until 8:15am at work. Whenever I eat/drink too much before a workout I end up feeling queasy or getting intense side stitches. "Fasted" cardio/workouts…

It's only been two weeks. Patience is key. also make sure you're weighing/measuring everything that you eat.

My biggest issue currently is eating over my calorie goal by an insignificant amount (~100). And rather than stopping, I usually give up and continue to snack and eat sweets cus I've already blown it for the day
