If it calls for cardio abs, I do cardio abs, but I liek to work the core/abs 3 times a week. So I normally do cardio abs, then insane abs 2 times a week. I had a client buy one for me as a joke. There is no possible way this thing even works. I even di dhte DVD and felt nothing, aside from a little stupid. Its a gimmicky product like the ab belts. If you are looking for a good arm routine PM me.

I takethe GNC womens ultra mega active vitamins because they have everything you need and not in super excess. Alot of people over take vitamins and its literally they are peeing away the money. The body can only absorb so much.

Don't give up, don't be afriad to hit pause, try the move- no matter how ahrd it looks. WEAR A HEART RATE MONITOR AND REPLACE YOUR CALORIES BURNED, and don't give up. The weight isn't going to magically fall off, it takes hard work! Good luck!

If your eating less than 1200, then you are not eating back your exercise calories are you? YOu need to eat. Greek yogurt, protien shakes, whole milk, anything diary, recovery drinks, you have to replace those calories!

The only core work I do is this rountine and I haev 6 pack from it. To really benefit from this workout, do it 2-3 times a week on non-consecutive days. MFP already cuts your cals by 500, so if you are cutting an additional 300-500, you are way to low on calories. Then if you add exercise on top of that, your so far below your NET calories that your body is storing fat. This is a prime example of starvation mode and what can happen if you are not eating your exercise…

We have Tuesday: Very SLoppy Joes with shrooms, Wed: Blueberry mango mahi mahi, Thurs: Pesto Resistance, Fri: Enchilada LAgsana, and Saturday: bison burgers with spicy oven fries and grilled pinapple. Its all under 500 calories, lean, light, and yummy!

YOu have to eat back your calories, plain and simple, no excuse. You bur 300, you eat 300 more. Does mfp tell you to eat 1200 or did you manually change it yourself?

Buy a HRM with a chest strap. They are the most accurate and the most reliable. I always tell my personal trainingclients to eat within 100 calories of thier net goal.

Okay, I am just going to start..... Eat carbs, your body needs them-Just eat them in moderation. Eat smaller portions of them. Dairy actually helps you speeds up weightloss.

Strenght training really should be done 3 times a week and maybe changing up your cardio. Cardio machines are easy, there is not much calorie burn with them. Infact your body gets used to the machines the more and more you use them. The HRM on the machines are basically pointless, you should go by what a personal hrm says.…

Core work is fine, like plank, mountain climbers, side plank, rolling plank. Moves that work the core, the core in an entirity. But ab moves like leg climbers, crucnhes stuff like that-wait. Work your CORE 3 non consectutive times a week.
