How often are you doing insane abs? Are you supplementing that for cardio abs or just adding it in a few times a week?

Okay so its recovery week, and I know its time to recover.....but how many of you did insane abs along with recovery week??? PS- I am pretty fit already and am rocking through the insane abs 3-4 times a week anyways and keeping up with that crazy Arianna and Tonya!
