Protien shakes, PURE protien bars, Big Collassal Bars, or my favorite after a workout is ENdurox R4. It replaces carbs and protiens.

I understand were you are coming form, but this is not good advise. There is a reason MFP has you replace your calories. If your body isn't recieving the calories it needs it will stop losing weight.
