ive done it before and its brilliant! normally i start on week 3 or 4 tho as i find the first few too easy

i have a cheat meal once every 2 weeks roughly. like on monday im going for chocolate cake and icecream as its my friends birthday but im not gonna beat myself up about it

ive heard that you do as your brain is a muscle and youre working it more than usual hence why my teacher always used to tell me to eat like carbs before an exam so then your brain would work better :D

if you restrict your kids too much theyre eventually gonna rebel and eat junk every possibly time they can you cant just tell them that they cant have sweets or cookies or whatever just have healthier alternatives in the house, and if they taste good they'll go for them instead
