Im not sure if anyone else has this problem but with a few things i cook like veggie burgers, falafels, sausages it always gives me the calories for it fried however i normally grill them so how many less calories do you think it would be grilled?
normally a lot of smoothies you see are like banana and some other fruit and i was getting so bored of the taste of banana so today as i didnt have any, or much fruit at all for that matter I tried using tinned peaches (in juice, not syrup) and OMG IT IS AMAZING! everyone should definitely try it!
So im going to pizza hut at the weekend and its 435calories for 1/2 a veggie pizza however because im vegan i shall be having this without cheese how many calories do you think it'll become?
