I wouldn't force yourself to eat if you aren't hungry. I sometimes have very low nets due to a big race, such as a half marathon, and simply don't need to eat back all the calories. I go by how my body feels. If you feel as if you have enough energy to run well, then stay the course. If you feel weak or lack energy…

Right hurr. Boston/Cambridge.

I would listen to your body and not force yourself to run slower than what is actually comfortable.

It is quite difficult. I've tried doing it while training for three marathons and I find that at the end of the day, the mileage takes over and you're body can only handle so much of a beating. I try to lift twice per week to keep my muscles strong, but I'm tapped out at that.

Stop right meow!!! You have accomplished so much and come so far -- and you will not turn back. I am a small person, 105-108 lbs depending on the day -- yes, literally the day. I weighed myself Monday morning and was 2lbs heavier for no real reason at all. My clothes fit tighter sometimes and other days they fit loose…

Hahah! It's so perfect because they have NO WHERE to go. I do that on the subway sometimes. It's amusing.

Has it really only been a week or two? Regardless, I would recommend weighing once per month, or every other week if you have to. Keep in mind that you are also doing strength training at the same time, so you could be making some gains there, albeit the right gains. Also, you sodium intake is quite high almost everyday.…

first of all, you need to get moving and I would suggest starting out with walking. and you also need to accept the fact that fruits and veggies have all the nutritional value that you need versus pies, cakes, cookies, etc that have zero value, which is leaving you empty, hungry, overweight and craving for more. the…

carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, peppers, celery, tomatoes. basically any veggie you can dip with. since I am vegan, I also put hummus on everything in place of dressings and/or condiments. i.e. use it in place of mayo on a sandwich or put a scoop on my salad.
