I use the database and find soemthing similar if the info is not available. I do this quite a bit because local resteraunts generally are not listed. And I look up things before I order and try to make wise choices or at least know how bad im doing. If i have the calores and want it, I will go for it. Hope this helps.

i eat ice cream or sweets every day. Usually the light ice cream. I just make sure its within my calories. Im working on this, but if I have to give up sweets I won't stick to it. Thats just me.

I have done weight watchers twice before . This is almost the same thing. You just have to pay for it there and they make it more complicated. I agree with most of the other people, you need to switch up some foods or exercise or something. But I wouldn't go to weight watchers. You can make it through it.

You don't have to cut out sweets. With mfp, as was with weight watchers that ive done before, you can eat whatever you want. You just have to count it. McDonalds ice cream is low fat and their ice cream cones are surprisingly heatly. My mom used to do one every day. Its ok. Fit sweets in. In moderation. I had some cookies…

I have a lot of health issues too. I currently want to loose 100 pounds to get healthy so I can then get pregnant. Understand that this is a process. Start off with what you can. Something is better than nothing. Increase times after a day or two untill you get to at least 30 minutes. We can do it! Maggie
