5 TB oil, plus MORE oil, pinenuts AND cheese?! Are you all working on your "before" photos, or what?!0

I kinda thought the same thing too. That is a LOT of calories added in.
Think I will stick to just steaming a ton of broccoli and putting mustard on it.
I really like it that way plus, I get to eat a lot of it for not a lot of calories. 0 -

It looked really good to me. Then I put the ingredients together in a recipe and found it was 212 calories, 572 mg of sodium and 19 grams of fat because of the cheese, oil and nuts. Sadly, I will not be eating this.0 -
I should add, I used 3 tablespoons of oil over 4 cups of broccoli before roasting and didn't add any after. And just a sprinkle of parmesan.0

Yeah, but can you get someone to eat it who has the dining preferences of a 5 year old?

This recipe is exactly the same for my asparagus. I didn't think to use broccoli, but now I will! Thanks!0

can you get on foodnetwork.com?
It's Ina Garten's Parmesan-Roasted Broccoli.
And I agree with the posters who think it's a lot of oil if you make the recipe as written. I don't use the full amount of that or the parmesan.0 -
