im 5' 7" with a goal of 135. I used to weigh that much when I was happiest with my body.. Time to get back to it! :)

About all i'm doing is switching from regular soda, to diet soda. It still gives me the flavor and carbonation i SO crave, but without all the calories and sugar. (Not thinking about all the fake sweeteners) ;)

I found an exercise online from a person who was training for a 5k. She says she did it twice a week and lost 8 pounds in one week! honestly, go talk to someone. it can help you alotttttt. you have to get through the emotional, mind part of being overweight and emotional eating before you can actually truly lose all the weight. I think if you went and talked to someone it would help you tremendously! :]

Go with how you feel! dont force yourself to eat if your body doesnt want to. listen to your body. you can always make up for missed calories. dont make yourself even sicker by forcing food down.

i just put some EVOO spray on it, sprinkle on some parmesan cheese and broil it for about 15 minutes. mmmm. thats using a frozen bag too so its super easy!

i would say its muscle! depending on how you are eating. if you are eating good, then its probably just muscle. :]
