mash up a banana and mix it with eggwhites, cook it like a pancake. It's delicious!!!!

When all of a sudden eating smaller portions it takes a while for your body to adjust. If you truely are hungry eat some veggies or fruit :)

Thanks everyone!! I think I'll treat it like we usually do when we eat spaghetti as my mom is picky and very timid about trying it. Thanks for all the help!

Happens to the best of us, luckily for me my TOM is very random and I always know when it's coming because I have a great day of eating healthy and the next day gain 3lbs. Mine is usually gone after a few days :) I stay away from the scale until it's over.

Okay I spent 3 summers of my life working at a waterpark and believe me you have no reason to be stressed out about 10 lbs. There are some pretty big people there they all arn't sticks. Like multiple people have already said just get a bathing suit you feel comfortable in and have fun :)
