I'm always in a deficit... I try to snack and eat nuts, watermelon or blueberries. I eat how much I can but feel full. people keep saying that its going to slow down the weight loss , so what should I do?? stuff my face even though Im not hungry??

I read all of them..The last book I will say was a lil slow but all together it was great! I wish it didnt end because no books will ever compare I feel . It is depressing! I read safe haven by nicholas sparks.. Kinda like sleeping with the enemy.

I am having the same problem. i found out yesterday that I am in "starvation mode" abd am not eating enough so its making my weight loss very slow. So , today I went to the store and bought healthy foods. I just finished dinner and still have over 600 calories left ....I am full!
