I am having the same problem. i found out yesterday that I am in "starvation mode" abd am not eating enough so its making my weight loss very slow. So , today I went to the store and bought healthy foods. I just finished dinner and still have over 600 calories left ....I am full!

If you eat fewer calories than you burn in a day, over time you will lose weight. Generally speaking, people who lose weight more slowly have a higher success rate of keeping it off, although lots of people find quicker weight loss more motivating, especially at the start Good luck!
