WOW I'm so glad to hear this! I just started Body Pump. I really like the class but I'm a little embarassed that I can only do about half of it. But I"m not giving up.... I'm doing it twice a week starting this week and I know it will get easier as I go. I REALLY hope I have similar results that you have!

When I first started (in July) my max speed on the treadmill was 3. Now 3 is my warm-up speed! lol

This sounds so familiar to me, because I had the exact same issues for months! You're probably eating too few calories and your body is holding on to it. Eat more calories (in good food!), and kick *kitten* on your workouts! Don't just "do more", I mean really give it all you got. You CAN do this!

Seems there are several types of Asics Gels... Neno, Kayano, etc. Do you happen to know which ones yours are? Or maybe you could post a website or pic of the ones you have???? Thank you so much!

from the science/medical side... the nutrients in chilies help to speed up metabolism. So it is said that if you use spices that are hot on a regular basis it improves your metabolism and therefore helps you to lose weight. And don't ever spice something up so much that is unpleasant to eat! Yuck.

Make a batch of vanilla pudding. Put pudding in empty (and cleaned) mayo jar. In public, or in lunch room, pull jar out of your lunch cooler and start to eat. Hilarious.

Thanks Everyone! I've been having a protein shake after working out, and then just a little less dinner (since I'm not so hungry at dinner time after the shake). It seems to be working great! I'm not starving anymore, and the scale finally budged the other day! Yay!
