Hungry after workout, but...
I'm trying really hard to lose weight, and just starting :( I'm 40 and my BMI says I'm obese. Here is my dilemma; Mon - Fri I go to the gym after work, do treadmill (various inclines/speeds) for 50 mins. Then, I do 20 - 35 minutes on the resistance machines.
