My day yesterday went well. I did ok with food, did great with water and got did a boot camp dvd that I just bought for exercise.

The challenge is going good. I had a little bit of a gain last week so i am hoping for a loss tomorrow morning. My exercise has not been that great this week as I did not make it to the gym on Tues or Wed night. I have not made my water goal everyday but will make it next week.
