I'm an outside runner,and I had to get really good running shoes,it hasent completely relieved the cramps i get in my calf but it has helped alot.there's so much impact on your legs when running outside.I also stretch during my run,seems to help:bigsmile:

sugar not so much for me,but carbs I love ,I eat whole wheat But i also use it for a source of energy since i dont eat red meat and im not found of fish.so hard to keep it low

Thursday is my cheat meal and I really try to push my workout as far as I can go so I dont have to worry or have the guilt.

everybody burns diffrently acording to weight and level of fitness.I use my hrm everyday i workout and i never use mfp calculations but i do average out what the machine says and what my hrm says.

Not a secret but works for me,I use a cake plate to eat from keeps my portions down.when we eat out I prepare before we go.at subway I ask them to scoop out the inside of the bread keeps carbs down.

i have found that with the scales at the docs that unless they calibrate it often it will read differently every time you weigh in on them(worked at a docs office and never weighed on them).I stick to my scale

Yes what they said,but depending on how long you've been doing this will depend on when the pounds start to come off.if its only aweek then its not uncommon to see no weight loss,but if its longer then you may want to reevaluate your calorie intake and calories out.I don't think you question about if you loose one pound of…

muscle does not weigh more than fat most people think this but not true.They weigh the same one is more dence than the other.

Yes absolutly I do it.one to two times aweek depending on my calorie burn wich is pretty high for the week.but more than that I do it so I don't get burned out.I don't count the weekend days that I walk with my fiance as calorie burning days because I really get nothn from them

I happen to love my V.S. padded and pushups .makes my Tatas look great,and my fiance dosent care.

Yes I took it for about 8 months ,be careful I put on a lot of muscle an am now trying to rid some of it,my workouts were awesome but as for weightloss ehhhh
